Getting Hip: Babies, Brains and Bipedality (BU Dialogues in Biological Anthropology)

I’m going to be here tomorrow afternoon. The folks at Boston University have a great thing going with this series. I participated in a discussion last Spring on the origin of Homo with Lee Berger, which was a wonderful experience. Friday’s event will include a discussion between Karen Rosenberg (U. of Delaware) and Steven Churchill (Duke U.). Be sure to check their website later when the webcast becomes available to the public.

About Adam Van Arsdale

I am biological anthropologist with a specialization in paleoanthropology. My research focuses on the pattern of evolutionary change in humans over the past two million years, with an emphasis on the early evolution and dispersal of our genus, Homo. My work spans a number of areas including comparative anatomy, genetics and demography.
