That’s right. Wellesley College doesn’t have a midterm week, we have a season.
There are a few ways to approach this fact. Duck and cover is definitely a popular option.
However, Wellesley professors do everything they can to ensure you’re prepared to get hit with an atomic load of hard work. Often on your syllabus, the hard stuff will be in bold. You’re aware of getting slammed right from the beginning.
Professors are also clever in calling it a midterm. It does occur in the middle of the term. This can be tricky for classes that meet more or less often, which is why I assume we wind up with a season as opposed to just a week.
