The End is Nigh

I just woke up from the most delightful nap. The past couple weeks have been Hell Weeks; I have gotten an average of about five hours, even on weekends. That in mind, I’m starting to think the 4 hour nap I took today probably should not be considered a nap after all. Student life, am I right?

There is basically no time left in the semester. A couple weeks of class, Reading Period, and finals. I am having trouble believing this, because I have so much left to do! Yet, I know it is time to get my head in the game. I have to start thinking about my final essays, and reviewing for my Chinese final. On top of that, Registration is happening this week! I am planning on taking two Peace and Justice courses, and at least two other courses to fulfill distribution requirements. I am considering taking a fifth course—nothing is written on stone, but I definitely want to do either a lab or a fifth Arts course. Wish me luck on registration day; it can get really stressful!

I’ve been working on developing better studying habits, and I can tell it’s already paying off. I honestly don’t know how I got to Sophomore year of college without taking advantage of Office Hours. I also signed up for Chinese tutoring. I am hoping that will help with my conversation skills. Sadly, I seem to have forgotten a bit of what I learned in Taiwan lately. It’s only natural, since I am not surrounded by Chinese anymore, so the only logical solution was to add more review time.

I gotta go do some readings for class… procrastination is not an option this week. Until next time~
