Home Sweet Home

Hello everyone!

I’m sitting down to write to you from my desk at home with a glass of eggnog! Its so strange to be home and just relaxing. My last two visits were hectic. I was trying to run around and see lots of people and get homework done. Now… I HAVE NO HOMEWORK. Whaaaat?

It feels good. Real good.

Yesterday, I drove around town aimlessly with some old friends:) It was good. Good things.

It was so strange to come home to a house already decorated for Christmas. But there are still ginger bread cookies to decorate! I’m looking forward to that.

Coming home is so strange yet nice. Its like I’m on vacation in my own home, in my own room, at my own desk:) It’s friendly. And I don’t know about you, but when I’m on vacation I’m afraid to unpack and put things in drawers because I might lose something. But I can’t lose anything in my own home! 🙂 Well… I mean, I could lose things… My room is kind of a mess right now. Cleaning it might be my next task.

Also! Here’s a picture of my Chinese essay! WOAH!

I got an A! 🙂

And! Here’s a picture of this really cool art project that my FYM (First-Year Mentor) did.

She’s really awesome:)

So she asked people to write postcards for her. Then she took all the postcards and hung them up like so. It was on display in the art building (Jewett). Then she’s going to mail all the postcards! So all my friends are going to get some silly postcards from me when they get back from break:) I’m excited.

Well I hope everyone has a very merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and an EXTRAORDINARY New Year:) (The world cannot end. I have way too much life left to live.)
