I’m thankful to be back!

I had a splendid Thanksgiving with my family and friends. I hope you all did too!

Going home over break was strange. It’s like you’re going home and leaving home at the same time. It’s a nice feeling:) I feel very rejuvenated and ready to work hard now!

It was sad to leave home but I’m glad I have a place like Wellesley to return to. It’s getting colder but its still such a beautiful place to be. I’m hoping to take a run around the lake today.

These next couple weeks will be crazy. I have final papers to write and projects to finish. My Women’s and Gender Studies class group will be meeting to make a zine next week in the library. I’m looking forward to that:)

The last day of class is December 11th and the rest of that week is reading period. I only have to study for Chinese so I’m hoping to do well on the test.

Since I have an entire week to study I’m also hoping to visit a good friend at Emerson during that time. (Having fun is just as important as working hard!)

I can’t believe I’m almost finished with one whole semester of college. It hasn’t really hit me yet that I’m a college student. I still feel like I’m 12 years old haha.

In keeping with Thanksgiving tradition, I would like to say that I am thankful for my family, my friends, and my second home in Wellesley MA!

Happy Holidays everyone!
