SNOW!

I’m sure you’ve seen all the snowy excitement on Facebook and Twitter if you’re an avid Wellesley follower. But that’s not going to stop me from adding to the hullabaloo!

So yesterday, it snowed. And I said wow that’s going to stick. And everyone said don’t be silly the first snow won’t stick. And I said look at that snow. That’s the sticking type. And it stuck. Moral of the story: I know my snow:) regardless of whether I like it or not lol.

(I’m from upstate New York and there’s been snow in my town for about a week now.)

Here’s some snowy scenery!

The sledding hill on Severance Green.

And here’s what I wear every day:) It makes life worth living in the cold.

My Angry Bird Hat!

Last night, my roommate and I had tea and cookies in the great hall. Then we went back to our room and were cozy and warm looking out at the snow. (When there’s snow, the best place to be is inside, in my opinion.) It really is beautiful here. I’ve never seen Wellesley in the winter time. I hope to go sledding when there’s more snow!

On an even more exciting note, the Wellesley Cross Country team’s top seven runners will be competing at Regionals this weekend in Western Mass. I am pumped to go cheer my team on! Stay tuned for updates about the race on the Wellesley Facebook page!

Have a great weekend, everyone! If there’s snow where you are, STAY INSIDE AT ALL COSTS:) And wear mittens!
