On Sunday, we had a little snowstorm blow through Wellesley:
Just days ago, Wellesley looked like this:

This is a picture of Coach Phil, a teammate, and Coach Courtney walking back to the sports center from the track. You can see my shadow on the pavement as I creep up behind them to take this sneaky photo;)
Ah well, spring is around the corner. At least, it needs to be around the corner because outdoor track has begun! Saturday’s meet at Coast Guard was COLD and WET and WINDY. But we had a great meet and placed third overall. Multiple new Wellesley records were set and a few first places were had. Overall, an amazing day despite mother nature.

Indoor track throwback: my dad and I at my last indoor meet. (I never shared this one so here it is now.)
To celebrate spring (and perhaps coax it along?), I have begun making interesting breakfast salads! This one has honeydew, watermelon, walnuts, and grapefruit dressing. It’s a little more reminiscent of spring than the usual oatmeal and banana, in my opinion.
This week I have a lab practical and a midterm! I have been studying hard but it has been fun. You know you’ve found a topic you love when studying is enjoyable;) Wish me luck!!
