Raspberry Pie, Lazy Afternoon Picnics, and The Scream Tunnel

Good news: I’m done with my CS midterm, and yesterday was Marathon Monday.

Bad News: I’m sick. And I need to get my wisdom teeth pulled on Friday.

BUT I’M DOWN WITH MY CS MIDTERM, SO THAT’S ALL THAT MATTERS!!!! Relief, relief, relief!!!!!!

On Saturday, I had a wonderful picnic with Justin right next to Lake Waban. We shared delicious bites of pies, cheese with crackers, and juice. It was so great.

Sunday, ZA also had an alum brunch in Cambridge, where we got together with wonderful alums from 2, 7 years ago, and even over 30 years ago! It was so great to see how ZA has changed and yet still stayed the same from so many years ago. It was so great!

Marathon Monday was amazing. Tons of fun, burgers, shouting, and wonderful fun. I love that the Boston Marathon runs right behind Wellesley. It’s great, and it’s such a great experience that makes Wellesley so unique. We have what we call the Scream Tunnel, where we just scream and cheer on the runners as they go by. So much fun.

Me with my sign for Marathon Monday!

Sadly, I also had to get my history paper done, which I’ve strangely been struggling with a lot. I think my professors have really been pushing me to just do the best that I can, so I really just need to focus.

This weekend, lucky for me, I can just take it easy. I need to get my wisdom teeth pulled, but hopefully it won’t be too bad…I’m supposed to be presenting at the New England University Computer Science Symposium, but I don’t think I’ll be able to present after getting my teeth pulled. But next week’s Ruhlman, so hopefully, I’ll be all better by then. Talk to you all soon!
