Greetings!
Wow, a lot has happened since I last wrote! I have since left Abella, Spain, returned to Barcelona for a couple days, and then flown to Milan! I walked around the fashion capital of Europe for an entire day…bought myself a new ring to commemorate this additional solo travel destination (did I tell you I’ve started this new plan to collect either a bracelet or a ring at every destination I travel to alone from now on?)…and ate some delicious Italian pasta before going for a walk by the waterside.

And then I took a BlaBlaCar (best rideshare company ever–why do we not have something like this in the US?? I think Uber is just moving into the long distance ride share space now…but Europe’s had it on lock for a long time now!) from Milan to Zurich, and it was actually a very pleasant 3 hour ride! My driver was Italian and CTO of an asset management firm based out of Switzerland! We had quite a bit to talk about in regards to finance. 🙂 He also had a super cute little white dog named Joy who rode in the back the whole time!
Switzerland was beautiful and full of lakes and snow-capped mountains and green pastures and cows. I absolutely loved it.

And now I’m in Munich! Took another BlaBlaCar up from Zurich…
So much is happening and I love all the Christmas markets that are all over Europe right now! Makes for very good ring/bracelet shopping… 😉
