So, I wanted to get rid of my 88 cents box of shell noodles. Here was the thinking process: let’s make lasagna! Except use shell noodles instead of lasagna noodles! Oh wait, I’m vegetarian… hm.. oh, I know, spinach lasagna! But I don’t have any of the ingredients… so that’s how I ended up buying expensive tubs of cheese, forgetting the spaghetti sauce until the end, and throwing this together. Audrey and me demolished it. I’m very glad it worked out 🙂
