Subject: A Reminder About Convocation Today

I look forward to seeing many students, faculty, and staff later this afternoon for Convocation. As a reminder, Convocation will begin with a festive reception on the Academic Quad at 3:30 p.m., followed by our procession to the Hay Outdoor Theater promptly at 4:15 p.m. (line up begins at 4:05 p.m.).
Given the forecasted temperatures in the mid 80’s, we encourage those who attend Convocation to bring refillable water bottles. Bottle refill stations will be set up on the Academic Quad (at the steps to Green Hall), at Alumnae Hall, and on the Campus Center Patio.
First years, sophomores, and juniors are encouraged to wear class colors to Convocation.
