Re: Unionization election results

Over the past two days, eligible Wellesley non-tenure track (NTT) faculty voted to unionize and be represented by the Wellesley Organized Academic Workers (WOAW), affiliated with the United Auto Workers (UAW).
Throughout this process, we have supported our NTT faculty’s right to decide for themselves this critical question, and we respect their choice.
We look forward to working productively with the WOAW-UAW leadership and laying the groundwork for future cooperation.
