Monday, October 22nd –

  • Kantar Retail Information Session | 4:30 pm | PNE 127 – Join Kantar Retail, a marketing and sales retail consulting firm, for an information session about the company and a brief overview of the CPG industry. They will review analyst positions, resume drop deadlines, and the interviewing process.
  • Aetna – Actuarial Career Info Session | 6:00 pm | Register on MyCWS – Come and meet representative from Aetna and learn about a career in actuary. Information will be presented about the Actuarial Leadership Development Program and its Actuarial Summer internship.

Tuesday, October 23rd –

  • CWS Sophomore Workshop #3 | 12:30 pm – Prior registration required. Learn about upcoming CWS programs, internships, and resources!
  • Blackstone Information Session | 4:30 pm| Register on MyCWS – Come and meet with Representatives from Blackstone.  Business casual attire required.
  • Capital One Case Workshop | 7:00 pm | Register on MyCWS – A really great opportunity for students to learn more about how to case interview regardless of the company they are interviewing with.  The representative from Capital One will be walking through a live case and have the student audience participate in trying to solve the case.

Wednesday, October 24th –

  • Morgan Stanley Asia Business Workshop Session | NOON – Prior registration required. By invitation only.
  • Federal Intern and Entry-Level Hire Roundtable (Webinar) | 1:00 pm | SCI 377 – Does anyone really read my application to a federal job? How can my resume stand out in USAJOBS? What will I actually be doing at my federal internship this summer? Come hear the answers to these questions and more from entry-level hires and interns who have successfully–and recently–completed the federal application process.
  • Using the MBTI to Understand Career Planning | 4:30 pm – Prior registration required. Using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator can help you understand who you are and how you make career choices. Are you a reflective person who makes decisions based on your values? Are you a conceptual thinker who likes to plan your day? Or, are you a pragmatist who goes with the flow?  How does knowing this help you choose a potential career?
  • An Evening with Morgan Stanley Asia Representatives | 6:00 pm – Prior registration required. By invitation only.
  • BLC Start-up Panel | 7:30 pm | Register on MyCWS – Please join the CWS and Computer Science department for a panel of Wellesley Alumnae working in start-ups in the Boston area. Alumnae will speak with students regarding what it is like to work at a start-up, how to get a job at a start-up, and advice on what to do if you would like to start a start-up of your own!  The alums come from a variety of backgrounds with majors in CS, IR, Economics, American Studies, English, and Sociology. Refreshments will be served.

Thursday, October 25th –

  • Biomed Virtual Graduate School Fair | 10:00 am | Location: Your Computer– Planning to apply to Graduate Schools of Biomedical Sciences? The Biomed Virtual Graduate Fair will allow you to have your admissions questions answered by representatives from over 15 graduate institutions. REGISTER at www.Biomed.CareerEco.net
  • CWS Sophomore Workshop #4 | 12:30 pm – Prior registration required. Learn about upcoming CWS programs, internships, and resources!
  • MIT Technology and Policy Program Information Session | 5:00 pm | PNE 239 – Graduate program that is at the intersection of technology, policy and business. It appeals to students interested in developing interdisciplinary approaches to problem solving. Current students are interested in a variety of topics: energy, science education, healthcare, internet policy biotechnology and relevant policies.
  • The Research Board Information Session | 6:00 pm | Register on MyCWS – Come and meet the representatives from the Research Board and learn about career opportunities.

Friday, October 26th –

  • UBS Voyager Information Session | 10:00 am | Chicago, IL – Prior registration required. By invitation only.
  • Meet Professionals from Goldman Sachs Asia Pacific | 4:30 am | Cambridge, MARegister by WEDNESDAY, October 24th to attend the Goldman Sachs Asia Pacific networking event. During this event, students interested in Goldman Sachs Asia 2013 summer analyst opportunities will be able to speak to and network with a large number of professionals from the Goldman Sachs Asia offices.
