  • CWS How to Find an Internship Workshop | 12:30 pm | Prior registration required – Want to learn how to find an internship for the summer or for next year? Come learn and ask about opportunities and internships through the CWS!
  • Using the MBTI to Understand Career Planning | 4:30 pm | Prior registration required – Using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator can help you understand who you are and how you make career choices.
  • Fulbright Information Session | 5:00 pm | GRH 442 – Find out how you can get a grant to cover one year of study at an academic institution in selected countries.

Thursday, February 21st –

  • Rangel & Pickering Fellowships Information Session | 12:30 pm | Wang 305 – Come learn how these awards are designed to support students interested in careers in the Foreign Service.

  • Code2040 Summer Fellowship Deadline | Applications due February 28 – CODE2040 brings high performing Black and Latino/a computer engineering students to Silicon Valley for a comprehensive summer fellowship program.
  • Summer Medical and Dental Education Program (SMDEP) | Applications due March 1 – Spend six weeks at this summer academic enrichment program that offers freshman and sophomore college students intensive and personalized medical and dental school preparation.
  • ABA Legal Opportunity Scholarship Fund | Applications due March 1 – The ABA Legal Opportunity Scholarship grants 20 incoming diverse law students with $15,000 of financial assistance over the course of their three years in law school.
  • 2013 Fall Student Internship Program with the State Department | Applications due March 1 – The unpaid internships are available at many of the over 265 U.S. embassies, consulates and missions to international organizations around the world.
  • Internship International Undergraduate Travel Grant | Applications due March 15 – This grant provides one-time funding of $1,000 for airfare or other travel expenses to students pursuing a  summer or semester-long internship in Peace, Justice and Conflict Resolution.
  • 2013 Hubbard Prep Program at The University of Iowa College of Law | Applications due March 22 – This program seeks to support diversity in the legal profession by inspiring students from groups historically under-represented in the law to become lawyers and by providing them with the skills and assistance that will strengthen their preparation for law school.
  • DMEF New York Career Forum/SES Conference | March 26 in New York City This conference is a “must attend” for junior, senior, or graduate level students interested in exploring a career in marketing. Space is limited, RSVP as space is limited.
  • Oregon Leadership in Sustainability Graduate Program | Applications due July 1 – For students and alums interested in careers in sustainability planning and sustainable development.
  • Educational Housing Services –  Interning this summer in NYC? EHS provides safe and convenient housing to students and interns in NYC.
