Monday, February 25th  –

  • Capital One Case Workshop | 5:00 pm | RSVP on MyCWS – This is a GREAT opportunity for students to learn more about how to ace their case interview regardless of the company they are interviewing with.

  • Uplift Education Information Session | 12:30 pm | RSVP on MyCWS – Come hear from Uplift Education recruiters about working there. They currently operate a network of 26 high-performing, tuition-free, public charter schools on 12 campuses serving 7,500 students in underserved areas across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
  • Columbia University Publishing Information Session | 12:30 pm | RSVP on MyCWS – Come and learn about this eight-week summer program in publishing offered by the Columbia University Journalism School.  The majority of participants are typically placed in jobs by the end of the course.
  • W Network and LinkedIn Workshop | 12:30 pm | RSVP on MyCWSWant to learn how to use the W Network and LinkedIn to connect with Wellesley alumnae? Come to this workshop! Space is limited, only a few spot are left!

Thursday, February 28th –

  • Beinecke Scholarship Application Deadline| NOON | CWS Library The Beinecke Scholarship program is open to juniors who are currently majoring in the arts, humanities or social sciences and plan to attend graduate school.
  • Code2040 Summer Fellowship Deadline| NOON | Online CODE2040 brings high performing Black and Latino/a computer engineering students to Silicon Valley for a comprehensive summer fellowship program. The program consists of: an internship with a top startup, mentoring, a speaker series, company visits, interactive workshops, and executive coaching. Open to undergraduate or graduate students.

Friday, March 1st –

  • Katharine Timberman Wright (KTW) Award Application Deadline | NOON | CWS Library – The KTW Awards were established by the Wellesley College Alumnae Association to support and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit in community service. The awards recognize creative responses by Wellesley College students to perceived social needs, both on and off campus. Application details available here.
  • Extended Application Deadline: Select Global Engagement Internship & Advanced Project Sites | NOON | CWS LibraryFull list of extended internship sites is available on MyCWS.
  • Lumpkin Summer Institute for Service Learning Application Deadline | NOON | CWS Library Open to sophomores. Designed for students with a commitment to service, the Lumpkin Summer Institute for Service Learning challenges students to explore and participate in social change in the Greater Boston Area. During the 10-week program, students reside together in Boston while undertaking full-time internships with local not-for-profit organizations. Application details available here.
  • Summer Internship in Psychology Program Application Deadline | NOON | CWS Library Open to sophomores and juniors. Working at Riverside Community Care (in Needham, Newton and Norwood, MA) and Walker School (Needham, MA), students increase their understanding of the bio-psycho-social model of mental disorders.Application details available here.
  • Wellesley Serves! Grant Application Deadline | NOON | CWS LibraryOpen to first years,  juniors and seniors. These grants afford students the opportunity to pursue an internship experience in a not-for-profit organization that involves a particular community/population/issue. Application deadlines available here.
  • Summer Grant Application Deadline | NOON | CWS Library – Deadline to submit applications to the following grants: Global Engagement Grants; Women in Government Grants; Koteen Grant in Jewish Studies; MacFarquhar International Journalism Grant; Serveringhaus/Religion Grant in Ministry and Human Services; Emily Greene Balch Grant.   • Summer Medical and Dental Education Program (SMDEP) Application Deadline | 5:00 pm | Online Open to first years and sophomores. SMDEP is a FREE (full tuition, housing, and meals) six-week summer academic enrichment program that offers freshman and sophomore college students intensive and personalized medical and dental school preparation. All expenses paid.

Saturday, March 2nd

  • Learning from Lawyers: A Half-Day Conference for Students Considering Legal Careers | 10:00 pm – 2:30 pm | RSVP on MyCWS Learn about what’s happening in the field of law!  Network with alumnae lawyers!   • Informational Interviews – Money Matters with Manisha Thakor ’92 | 10:00 pm – 4:30 pm | Sign up for a slot on MyCWS The third annual CWS Financial Fellow Program invites Manisha Thakor ’92 back to campus to talk to students and alumnae about personal finance. In addition to speaking at the Life After Wellesley event on March 4th, students of all years are invited to sign up for informational interviews with Manisha to discuss either careers in financial services or how to make the most of your personal finances right out of college. Slots are limited — please sign up as soon as possible.
  • Life After Wellesley | 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm | RSVP on MyCWS Now open to all class years! Join the CWS on March 4 from 6-9 pm in the Science Center to learn how to find an apartment, manage your finances, create a professional wardrobe, and define success on your own terms. Don’t miss a chance to network with alumnae from across a wide range of industries and experiences and learn all you need to know about post-Wellesley life!

  • Schneider Electric Case Competition | Registration deadline March 3 Schneider Electric invites you to its third annual Go Green in the City international case challenge. Enter for a chance to revolutionize energy management and gain a unique insight into one of the leading energy management companies. The top 25 teams will travel to Paris, where they will interview for a Schneider Electric internship and compete to win a trip around the world.
  • South Asian Journalist Association (SAJA) Scholarships | Application Deadline March 10 This year, SAJA will award up to $60,000, a record amount, in student scholarship and internship assistance. These annual monetary awards recognize the reporting abilities and commitment of emerging journalists. Incoming or continuing high school, undergraduate and graduate students at accredited North American institutions are eligible to apply. Applicants must either be of South Asian origin or demonstrate a strong interest in covering South Asia and/or the diaspora.
