Monday, November 4 –
- Carney, Sandoe & Associates Info Session | 6:00 pm-7:30 pm | PNE 251 – Come and meet representative from Carney, Sandoe & Associates. Carney, Sandoe & Associates is an educational recruitment firm that places teachers and administrators in private, independent and like-kind (charter, magnet, pilot and merit) schools across the nation and worldwide. We have placed over 27,000 teachers and administrators in independent schools since 1977. CS&A has thousands of teaching positions available in all primary and secondary subjects each year. - Student Athlete CWS Resource Session | 7:30 pm-8:30 pm | PNE 127, PNE 139, PNE 239 – This is a unique and exclusive opportunity for varsity athletes to get information on how to best utilize the services and programs offered by the CWS. Attendees will be split up into different sessions by class year. Please RSVP on MyCWS.
Tuesday, November 5 –
- Virtual Graduate School Fair | 8:00 am-8:00 pm | Online – Students and alumnae are invited to attend the Virtual Grad School Fair, a unique virtual event that helps you meet graduate schools in a time efficient, environmentally-conscious way. Register now!
- Grad School Tuesdays | 12:15 pm-1:30 pm | Wang Campus Center, 2nd floor – The CWS will offer graduate school drop-ins on Tuesdays from 12:15-1:30pm on the second floor of the Wang Campus Center, east Entrance, on Tuesdays during the fall semester when classes are in session. In addition, up to two graduate schools may be visiting campus and will have a drop-in table next to the CWS counselor. Make sure to check MyCWS for the most up-to-date listing of which graduate schools are attending.
- How to Find an Internship Workshop | 12:30 pm-1:30 pm | Academic Council Room (4th floor, GRH) – Interested in finding an internship? Come to this session to learn about more what an internship is, how to get started on finding an internship, factors to consider and CWS resources/programs for internships. Space is limited. - Eaton Vance Information Session | 4:30 pm-6:00 pm | PNE 339 – Come and meet the representatives from Eaton Vance and learn about its career opportunities. Business casual attire required. Please RSVP on MyCWS.
- Psychology Practicum/Internship Information Session | 4:30 pm-5:30 pm | SCI 278 – This information session is designed for psychology students interested in learning more about the opportunities available for pursuing either a psychology-specific practicum or internship experience. Come to the information session to learn more about how to receive credit for a clinical practicum experience and to hear from students who have completed a paid summer internship with the Walker School and Riverside Community Care.
- Harvard Law School Info Session | 4:30 pm-5:30 pm | PNE 139 – Anne Taylor, admissions officer at Harvard Law School (HLS), will be at Wellesley College on Tuesday, November 5, at 4:30 pm in Pendleton East 139 to answer your questions about HLS and the admissions process. Session is open to all interested students. Please RSVP on MyCWS.
- CWS KiKi | 6:00 pm-7:30 pm | CWS Library (GRH 442) – Let’s have a KiKi! Are you curious to hear about what types of programs and services the CWS has for LGBTQ students? Come to the CWS KiKi-style open house (a party, of course!) and meet some of the CWS staff and hear from a recruiter about being LGBTQ in the workforce and job search.

- Beinecke Info Session | 4:30 pm-4:30 pm | CWS library (GRH 442) – Beinecke Scholarships provide funding for graduate study in the arts, humanities and social sciences. Students must be able to demonstrate financial need and be U.S. citizens or nationals. Students must apply in their junior year. Please RSVP on MyCWS.
Friday, November 8 –
- Boston Career Forum | 9:00 am-3:00 pm | Boston Convention and Exhibition Center – Boston Career Forum is for anyone who is: Japanese-English bilingual (must posses at minimum a conversational level or higher in both Japanese and English in order to register) and looking for a full-time or internship position and interested in working for one of the 206 companies. - Global Engagement Internship Info | 12:30 pm-1:30 pm | PNE 239 – If you’re a sophomore or a junior and are interested in learning more about the CWS’ funded internship opportunities, make sure you attend this info session.
