Today’s sit spot feels incredibly lively as students on campus celebrate Holi. I see colors and can hear loud music while students are laughing and singing to the music. I sometimes thought about ways to offset my carbon footprint since I took the plane from Boston to Bremen. I found it difficult to do so, however by putting in the effort to separate my waste, turning off lights, and taking public transportation, I do believe that I could at least not contribute as much more emission. I am also looking forward to working with other students at our upcoming campus clean-up!
