Being here in Cyprus has been an unforgettable experience that I will forever be grateful for. I’ve learned so much about the rich history of Cyprus and the cultural heritage that makes Cyprus so special. Something I will carry with me is the enjoyment and passion for the environment; people enjoy sitting outside even in cold weather, as well as enjoying hikes and swimming. I hope to find my own natural spaces at home to continue this passion.

I will continue to be an agent of change by joining a local environmental organization that works towards preserving natural spaces, similar to how many organizations in Cyprus work towards protecting the beaches.
