The Upper Campus Access Road, also know as Norumbega Hill Road, will be closed to all but emergency traffic between the hours of 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Tuesday, November 17.  The road closure is required to allow for the delivery and loading of structural steel components into Pendleton Hall West.  A police detail will be on site to assist with traffic.  The road will be opened to all traffic by 9 a.m. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Gerard M.
