Come to the EAS side. (We have Lemon Thai.)

There’s been a bit of a lull in activities this week for me. Workload has picked up as we head off into November and midterm season. And I’ve started going to bed around 10pm because of early morning practices.

In Chinese, we’re doing a unit on relationships. I now know how to ask someone on a date, and also how to break up with them after they stand me up. Should be handy for studying abroad;)

Thursday night (HALLOWEEN!) was fun. I hung out at Munger Mash which is a party Munger throws every year. Then I went to bed since I had to wake up at 6:30. I’ve been doing well getting the full eight hours or more of sleep lately.

Thursday afternoon was also awesome. I went to the East Asian Studies course offerings meeting/lunch. They served Lemon Thai while the professors talked about the classes they will be teaching next semester. I’m so excited:) I can’t decide what I want to take but I think I might attempt a 300 level political science class about present day U.S.-Asia relations. It sounds demanding but so interesting.

Speaking of demanding, we’ve been testing our max rep ability during lift this past week and I can now officially bench 85 pounds! Pretty good for a weakling;)
