Remembering When I Was a First-Year

Hey all, so I was flipping through some old photos and found two that describe great moments from when I was a first-year. The first is me in Washington D.C. when I supported some friends at a queer rights march and the second is from when I taught with the Harvard Phillips Brooks House Association’s Summer Urban Program named Keylatch. I taught first grade and you can see some of my students in the photo (they were so cute!). One of the reasons I’m grateful I got into Wellesley is that we have a good network and a good name- positive representation has gone a long way to work in your favor and now that I am a senior, I am using the W network to contact alumnae who work in fields I’m considering going into such as publishing and Speech Language Pathology. Save all of your photos as well so that you can look back later!
