Taylor Woody (TW)- Introduction

Me on my 21st birthday in Korea

안녕하세요~~! My name is Taylor Woody and I’m a Korean and Linguistics double major at Wellesley and the 2023 Ted Wang Fellow for South Korea. I’m currently interning at Seoul National University’s Institute for Social Global Responsibility (SNUSR) and will go on to take classes at SNU when the semester starts.

Since this is my third time in Korea, I’ve more or less picked up where I left off with my hobbies and friends, but I recently joined a volleyball club in Korea to go along with my dance, knitting and cafe/club/bar hopping activities! So I’ll be sure to add little snippets of those at the end of my posts so you can see what I’m up to!

I am interested in going into a career related to linguistics and so many of my interviews will likely be related to that, as well as interviews with other foreigners who have put down roots in Korea. I have already started conducting interviews (the first of which I will post right after my intro hehe) and I hope that I can share the knowledge and great advice that I gained from my interviewees with you all! Happy reading :))!

다음에 봐용!

  1. Benefits Beyond Entertainment
heardle not only brings joy from guessing artist and song titles. It’s also an excellent tool to enhance memory and critical thinking skills. Placing yourself in a situation where you have to think quickly and make informed guesses sharpens your cognitive abilities and challenges you to think outside the box.
