Some helpful advice from our colleagues in Special Events for using 25Live:
1. Use Firefox as your browser when using 25Live.
2. When you log-in, let everything fully load. Seeing your name at the top is not sufficient — look for “Your starred locations” on the right side of the dashboard instead. The best practice to ensure success is to sign in and go do something else for a few minutes. If you’ve given the system 10 minutes without a response, report it to the Help Desk.
We know these issues are frustrating — Special Events and LTS continue to work with the vendor to resolve the problem.
