For some users, logging into NAC (Clean Access) is taking a very long time. Cisco is working on the problem, but we have a workaround — delete the wsc.dat file in the Cisco NAC Agent folder.
- On computers using XP, open C:\Program Files\Cisco\Cisco NAC Agent, then delete wsc.dat
- On computers using Windows 7, open C:\Program Files(x86)\Cisco\Cisco NAC Agent, then delete wsc.dat
