LTS wants to solve your wireless issues for good and get you in the green! To do this, we really need to meet with you and your computer in the wireless area that’s giving you problems.
Signup to reserve a time with a Help Desk technician. They will meet you at your room at the scheduled time. Appointments are available all weekend as well as during the week.
LTS staff and student technicians from the Help Desk will also be available for drop-in help:

If you previously filled out the Wireless Problems form, you will be contacted by a technician this weekend to schedule a time, or you may sign up for a time if that is more convenient.
