9/1 & 9/9 Banner downtimes

On Thurs, Sept. 1, 9-11am, Banner Test will be unavailable, as will any apps using Banner Test data.
On Fri, Sept. 9. 6-8am, Banner Production will be unavailable, as will any apps using Banner data.

These downtimes are to upgrade Banner Financial Aid, required by the end of September.
