3/15 “Pay your balance” email from Workday sent to students in error

Students may have received a “Pay your balance” email from Workday early this morning. Please ignore and delete this message. No action is required of any students at this time.

As we informed the community in late February, we have configured Workday with student information in preparation for the move away from Banner during the next few months. The email you received was the result of this. We have learned that Workday sent this email automatically in error by running a process that was not supposed to be run. We are working with our consultants and Workday to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused!
