LTS Holiday Break Coverage

From December 26th to January 2nd, LTS staff will periodically check messages sent to the Computing Help Desk (helpdesk@wellesley.edu) and Workday Support (workday@wellesley.edu)  and respond to urgent tickets. All other requests will be addressed after we return on Tuesday, January 3rd. If you have an emergency, please contact Campus Police and they will contact us.

All libraries will be closed. Facilities will curtail energy use during this time, so it will be chilly in the buildings. The lights will be on in the libraries. Faculty will have one card access to the buildings from 8 AM till 8 PM.

If you work in an administrative office where some staff will be working during this week,  you should contact the IT Business Analyst who supports your area about your support needs during this period.
