Please place all end of semester ILL requests early, since many libraries that we borrow from stop lending as of December 20.
Limited Services on Dec 23rd and 24th
- The Mods will be open from 8:30-4:30. Staffing will be limited at the library service desk in M103.
- The Help Desk will have limited staffing from 8:30-4:30. There may be a delay in responses to tickets.
- The Art and Music Libraries will not be staffed. Faculty and staff can swipe in.
- Archives and Special Collections will be closed.

Closures from Dec 26th – Jan 1, 2025
From December 25-January 1,2025 all libraries will be closed. The lights will be on in the Art & Music libraries and the modulars. Faculty will have one card access to these buildings from 8 AM till 8 PM.
If you work in an administrative office where some staff will be working during this week, please drop a note to the Helpdesk indicating the days you will be working and may need assistance from LTS. We will get back to you with details.
Additional information
On December 26th, December 27th, December 30th and December 31st LTS staff will periodically check messages sent to the Computing Help Desk (helpdesk@wellesley.edu) and Workday Support (workday@wellesley.edu) and respond to urgent tickets. All other requests will be addressed after we return on Thursday, January 2nd. If you have an emergency, please contact Campus Police and they will contact us.
