Important Updates regarding Papercut and Zoom

12/20/24 12PM – 2PM Papercut will not be available for critical security updates

Papercut, the service used primarily by students to print to public computers on campus, will be unavailable on Friday, December 20th from 12PM Noon to 2PM so that we can perform security updates.

If you have any issues printing after this window, please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@wellesley.edu or 781-283-7777  so we can assist you.

1/1/25 – Zoom License Update

Our campus-wide Zoom license will transition to Zoom Workplace. This change should not disrupt standard users’ ability to hold meetings or use Zoom Phone. If you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact the Help Desk for assistance.
