IMPORTANT – Google Incorrectly Displays Drive Storage and Users Cannot Save Files

We have logged calls with Google and have not heard back. We suspect that this is an issue between Google and SHI, our reseller for Google services, not entering renewal information accurately. We have been unable to reach anyone in SHI. We will continue to work through this and keep you updated when we have some progress.

Google incorrectly displays the following banner for all users trying to use Drive. We have escalated this to Google and trying to get this resolved asap. This is wrong information because our organization storage should be almost double. Until this issue is resolved users are advised to make copies of files on their local computer and work with it and share it with others through email. Email should continue to work.

We will update this as soon as we hear more from Google.
