On September 20th, Workday will be conducting their biannual upgrade. As a result the system will not be available for a maximum of 3 hours: Saturday 2 AM to Saturday 5 AM EST.

This upgrade should not result in any major user interface changes. There is one that all users will notice and one significant change that applies to all administrative and union staff members:

These have moved from being their own tile on the lower right hand side of the page to buttons at the top for easy access. Five buttons will be visible, with an overflow icon to display five additional buttons.

A new unified experience for planning and requesting time off is now available. When the update is live, we encourage you to take the tour to see the new layout.
