To improve our security and ensure a seamless experience, we are moving our VPN services from Cisco AnyConnect to OpenVPN. This change will make our VPN compatible with Duo, our Two-Factor Authentication solution thereby providing the much needed protection.
What This Means for You

The next time you need to connect to the campus network from offsite, simply go to https://wellesley.openvpn.com,

The system will automatically detect that you do not have the new software and will guide you through the process of installing and setting up the OpenVPN client on your device. [Allow for a few minutes for the installation]

To enter in your username (include @wellesely.edu)

To enter in a server address or cloud ID, enter in https://wellesley.openvpn.com

This one-time process will ensure a more secure and reliable connection for you moving forward.
We would like you to switch to this by Dec 1, when AnyConnect service will no longer be available.
