LTS staff will be unavailable from 12/24/2025 through 1/4/2026.
- Closures: All libraries, LTS, and the Registrar’s Office will be closed starting Wednesday, Dec 24 and will reopen Monday, Jan 5, 2026. The Registrar’s Office will be staffed remotely on Friday, January 2 to assist faculty with their grade submission.
- Support Requests: Staff will periodically monitor helpdesk@wellesley.edu and workday@wellesley.edu for urgent tickets only. All other requests will be addressed when we reopen on Jan 5.
- Classroom Emergencies (Friday, Jan 2): If you are teaching while the College is closed and require immediate assistance, call the emergency team at 781-283-HELP (4357).
- Major Outages: To report a major network or service outage, please contact Campus Police. They will alert the appropriate LTS staff to resolve the issue.
