10/16 2pm We are working with the vendor to switch to a different video player in Sakai. The fix will be applied overnight; if it works, we will send an update in the morning.
9am We’ve a had a handful of reports about not being able to view videos in Sakai. If you’re having a problem, please contact the Computing Help Desk (info below) and provide as much detail as possible about which browsers you’ve tried, which video you’re trying to watch, where you are, etc.; this will help us to figure out why some users are having issues.
