  • Vehicle Registration Form
  • Tanner Conference Application
  • Study Away Application
  • Study Away Interest Form
  • Wellesley-Sponsored Study Abroad Program Application
  • Major/Minor Advisees and Plans

We are working with the vendor to determine the cause. We will keep you updated as we learn more.

ILL will be unavailable on 9/14/24 from 12AM to 12PM

On Saturday, Sept 14, 2024, from 12AM midnight to 12PM noon EST, our interlibrary loan (ILL) system will be unavailable due to a system maintenance. The update may complete earlier and users can check the OCLC System Status Dashboard for updates.

Database issue impacting web applications

We are currently experiencing a database issue affecting various web applications including the directory,  course browser, etc. Our team is working on a resolution and will notify you once services are back to normal.

LTS Support on Monday, September 2nd, Labor Day

LTS staff will be unavailable on Monday, September 2nd for Labor Day, a holiday that the College observes. 

  • The Library Service desk in the Modular buildings will be open and staffed from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The Art and Music Libraries will not be staffed. Faculty and staff can swipe in to all libraries from 7 AM to 10 PM.
  • Special Collections and Archives will be closed.
  • LTS Help Desk and Registrar’s Office will also be closed and we will not be able to respond to the emails sent to the ticketing systems until Tuesday, September 3rd.
  • In case of any major issues such as a network or service outage, please call the Campus Police to report. They will call the appropriate LTS staff to help diagnose and correct the issue.

License Manager Monthly Server Updates – Every 4th Tuesday of the Month

As part of our data security and risk mitigation efforts we are required to update our servers on a regular basis to ensure critical patches are being applied. We strongly advise that you save your work prior to the update and quit the applications before the updates begin. Additionally, avoid scheduling any long-running software tasks that may be interrupted by the maintenance window.

The window is every 4th Tuesday of the month from 4 AM – 5 AM.

Next update is on August 27th.

  • Mathematica
  • Matlab
  • Max 8
  • Maya

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) will be down 8/23 from 9-11AM

Due to the vendor performing an upgrade, InterLibrary Loan will not be available for 2 hours on Friday, August 23rd from 9AM- 11AM.

8/21/24 6AM – 8AM Papercut will not be available for software updates

UPDATE: Due to a scheduling conflict the upgrade will take place tomorrow, Wednesday August 21st from 6AM to 8AM. We apologize for the short notice.

Papercut, the service used primarily by students to print to public computers on campus, will be unavailable on Monday, August 19th from 6 AM to 8 AM so that we can perform software updates.

UPDATE: 7/30 10:30am – College WiFi update

Due to a vendor notice that we received this morning, this update has been moved up to TODAY 7/30, at 10:30am.

In order to strengthen information security controls, vendors often require us to replace the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates used by various systems. The certificates used by our WiFi infrastructure will now expire today at 5pm, so we are switching to the new server today at 10:30am.

All devices connecting to the Wellesley Secure wireless network may need to accept a new security certificate.  Your device may need to “forget” the Wellesley Secure network if it does not automatically connect.  Newer Android devices need to enter “wellesley.edu” for the domain.  See our instructions on connecting to the network for more information.

You may be prompted to re-authenticate with your domain password.
