2/24 4:30pm, we now know that the passwords of some domain accounts were inadvertently changed by a process running on our server. Passwords have been reset on accounts known to have a problem. IMPORTANT: if you or someone you know is having problems logging in using their domain username/password, email wcaccounts@wellesley.edu with the person’s username, and the password will be reset to Banner ID (with a capital initial letter, A or B). If you are still having problems, contact the Help Desk.
2/24 1pm, some users are reporting problems logging into Clean Access (NAC) and/or domain services. Staff are looking into the problem.
