As of 3/22 3:45pm, the issue has been resolved. However, a brief maintenance window is required to completely remedy the problem. FirstClass will be down for at most a half hour tomorrow morning at 6am.
As of 3/22 3:30pm, sending and receiving email in FirstClass is slow. The problem is being looked into and we will post an update soon.
Off-campus users are also reporting difficulty accessing email.
