9/10 6-10am Network work, web services unavailable

Work being done on the NetApp necessitates taking down several web services while upgrades are made, including NTM, FirstClass, the college website (CMS and Charlotte), WebHelpDesk (our ticketing system), and Luna Insight (image management tool). The work will be done as quickly as is possible to minimize the downtime.

Many services will still be available, including Gmail, Sakai, Vault, library catalog, and campus calendar. We will put a web page in place of the college home page with links to available service and an explanation of the downtime.
