5/16 “Mailbox quota” phishing email

If you receive an email about exceeding your mailbox quota asking you to click a link to reactivate your account — it’s a phishing attempt, don’t fall for it. Instead, click the small down arrow in the upper right corner of the email (next to the Reply arrow) and choose “Report phishing.”

If you ever do mistakenly provide password information, contact the Help Desk immediately. Remember: we will never ask for your password, and we sign our emails with a staff member’s name you can contact. You can also report phishing scams to the Help Desk.
