Wireless access points provide maximum coverage when the antennas are pointed perpendicular to ceilings and floors. Pointing the antennas in other directions reduces wireless coverage. In other words…instead of trying to adjust them, if you are having issues with wireless access in your room or other areas on campus, please contact the Help Desk.
