8/24 Logging into Gmail, you’ll see 2fa.wellesley.edu

We will be introducing 2-Factor Authentication, an option to add another layer of verification when you log into Gmail — a full explanation is coming soon.

Beginning tomorrow, you’ll briefly see the URL “2fa.wellesley.edu” appear:

  1. before and after you log into mail.wellesley.edu
  2. after you click on the Google icon in MyWellesley

Your account has not been compromised or changed, and depending on your connection speed, you may not see it at all. If you do, don’t be concerned!
