1/7 6:30-8am Windows and Office (for Windows) license manager maintenance

On Tuesday, January 7th, from 6:30-8am, the Microsoft Windows and Office (for Windows) license manager server will undergo maintenance. Windows users will be able to use their computers during this time. You may see messages stating “Windows is not genuine” that should resolve after the next time you restart your computer. If the message persists, please contact the Computing Help Desk at x3333 or helpdesk@wellesley.edu.

Important Note:  College-owned computers still running Office 2010 as of January 2020 will either need to be upgraded to Office 2016 (preferred) or changed to a new Office 2010 license that will continue to work into the spring semester. If your Windows computer has Office 2010, please see http://www.wellesley.edu/lts/techsupport/software/office2010license
