LTS will be upgrading several of our systems in preparation for Spring 2022. The days and times that these systems will be unavailable are listed below.
Be sure to save any work you’re doing in these applications before its maintenance window. If you have any issues accessing these services after their upgrade windows, please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@wellesley.edu or 781-283-3333 so we can assist you.
Wednesday, Jan. 5, 5-8am
- The KeyServer license manager may be unavailable at times. Software that could be affected: Ableton Live, Adobe Captivate, ATLAS.ti, Faces, JMP, Jitter/Max/MSP, Mellel, Stata/IC and Stata/SE
Thursday, Jan. 6 5 AM – 8 AM
- Maya on classroom and lab computers may be unavailable at times as its license manager server undergoes maintenance.
Tuesday, Jan. 11 5 AM – 8 AM
- Geneious, NI LabVIEW, Rhino and SPSS may be unavailable at times as their license manager servers undergo maintenance.
Wednesday, Jan. 12 5 AM – 8 AM
- ArcGIS Desktop, Mathematica, MATLAB in classrooms and labs, Sequencher and Sibelius may be unavailable at times as their license manager servers undergo maintenance.
