TMA, the tool Facilities uses for work orders and maintenance requests, will be unavailable during an upgrade on Thursday, September 3 from 3:30 PM to approximately 6:00 PM. Please wait until TMA is online to report non-emergency requests.

If it’s a Facilities-related emergency, during normal business hours, M-F 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, call Facilities at 781-283-2767. After 4:00 PM, call Campus Police at 781-283-2121.

8:55 AM You can log into Zoom by opening the Zoom software on your computer and then clicking “Sign in with SSO”. Logging into Zoom via their website is still unavailable. We will send an update once this issue has been resolved.

8/16, 5:30 PM – Accept/Agree to Connect to Wellesley Secure

This morning LTS updated the security on our campus network.  If you are on campus and connecting to Wellesley Secure from a wired or wireless connection from any device (laptop/desktop, phone, tablet, etc.) you will be asked to accept/agree to a new security certificate.

Please accept/agree and install the new certificate when asked.

This update did not affect off-campus connections.

If you are unable to connect to Wellesley Secure from on campus, and are not prompted to install the new certificate, please call the Help Desk at 781-283-3333.

8/15 9 AM Network security update

On Saturday, August 15th at 9:00 AM, we will be updating our network security. After this update, the first time you connect to the Wellesley Secure network from your computer, phone, or other mobile device while on campus, you may be asked to accept/allow a new security certificate. Accepting the new certificate will allow you to access the network.

If you have any problems connecting to the on-campus wired or wireless network after this update, please call the Help Desk at 781-283-3333.
