On 30 May 2024, from 10:00 PM to 31 May 2024 at 01:00 AM Eastern, our interlibrary loan (ILL) system will be unavailable due to a system update.
Please contact ILL (x2101 or ill@wellesley.edu) with any questions.
As part of our data security and risk mitigation efforts we are required to update our servers on a regular basis to ensure critical patches are being applied. We strongly advise that you save your work prior to the update and quit the applications before the updates begin. Additionally, avoid scheduling any long-running software tasks that may be interrupted by the maintenance window.
The window is every 4th Tuesday of the month from 4 AM – 5 AM.
Next update is on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.

LTS staff will be unavailable on Monday, April 15th, Patriot’s Day, a holiday that the College observes.
Zoom will require that all users have updated their version of the Zoom client software on their computers and mobile phones by May 4th. And if you don’t, you will not be able to join a meeting until you do. Please note that Zoom Client is different from the Zoom web portal on your browser. It is a software installed on your computers or phones. For details regarding the client software review this – LTS Zoom Install and Sign In page.
Follow instructions provided here – update your Zoom client as soon as you can. Not sure what version you’re using? You can check your current version here.
To stay up to date you can also enable auto-updates from the Zoom application’s settings in the General tab. We strongly encourage you to turn on auto update to avoid having to remember to update the software.
