3/3 10:25am Off-campus internet issues & VPN slowness

We have received reports of a widespread internet outage this morning impacting Verizon customers and others off-campus.  Campus services are available, but if you are off-campus, you may experience slowness trying to connect to our VPN.  We’ll provide an update when we know more.
If your VPN connection isn’t connecting at all or appears stuck trying to connect, please quit the VPN application completely and try again.  Please contact the Help Desk if you need further assistance.
