Zoom has resolved the issue with cloud recordings. Please contact the Help Desk if you encounter further issues.
1:45pm We are receiving reports of Zoom cloud recordings not loading with an error “media could not be loaded.” The vendor is currently working on resolving this. In the meantime, try refreshing your browser window 1-2 times and the recordings may load.
