Apple released macOS 15 Sequoia as an optional upgrade yesterday, September 16, 2024.
If you already upgraded the operating system on your college provided computer, it is likely that you will not be able to connect to the internet. We have identified an incompatibility between ESET, the antivirus software LTS provides, and the new operating system as the cause of this. If you are experiencing this issue, please contact the LTS Help Desk and we will assist you.
If you have not yet upgraded to Sequoia, we strongly advise you not to do so until you hear from us.
Visit our Sequoia page for the latest information about known software incompatibilities such as the pending antivirus software upgrade. All classroom Macs will remain on macOS 14 Sonoma until further notice.
