1/24 11:15am Internet slowness update

Our sincere apologies for the continued disruption.  We are continuing to work with the vendor on resolving the internet slowness.  In the interim, students can join their Zooms over cellular from their cell phones.  You should disable WiFi to ensure this is successful.  We appreciate this is not ideal and we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

10:15am We have received reports of internet slowness on campus.  We’re investigating the issue with the vendor and will post an update when we have more information.
